4. Best Self  How would it feel to keep your motivation high all the time.  To enable you to feel on top of the world every day of your life.  This exercise allows you to do that with a guided visualisation that takes you to a safe place in your mind and allows you to create the success you need

5. Break through fear OK, so have you ever had the need to carry out an action, make a phone call and the thought of it just makes you feel scared and paralyses you with fear.  This recording will enable you to break through this feeling so that you can take the action you want

6. Negative Past Associations This is a slight variation on the Detachment exercise, but some things can prove a bit resistant to change.  This visualisation will have you letting go of emotional connections that have held you back for years!
