MP3 VISUALISATIONS


A lot of people work with
visualisations but I always think it's a lot easier if you have someone guiding you through, rather than you having to sit in a chair and think about what to think!

So, I have
recorded some visualisations to help you.  They work on a combination of focus and self belief so work really well with the e-book you might have bought to assist you in these areas.  If you purchased the e-book you would have received a couple of them already.

How do you want to feel? Calm, Confident, Energised, Happy.  Use this exercise to help you do that - in under 5 minutes and then use it as and when.  Before a meeting, during a meeting, to start the day feeling great, to end the day feeling wonderful

This is a great visualisation that plugs into your resources for feeling wonderful.  You get to go along a journey to your own little world where nothing can hurt you

Detaching from past negativity
Use this when you know you have some negative associations to something that happened in the past.  Maybe it's a person who has been bugging you for years.  Let go of this emotion to enable you to move forward

Goal setting
Not sure if the goal you wrote on paper is the right one for you?  Do this visualisation and see how you actually 'feel' about achieving it. No excitement? Wrong goal!

5. 
Letting go of negative past
Another exercise which allows you to move forward.  It's another variation to allow you to tap into a different part of your subconscious, just in case you have something that's a bit tricky to shift!

Stopping procrastination
This is about turning around an emotion.  Trying to do something, but feeling scared? Check out this wonderful visualisation and feel the resistance disappear.

Another powerful exercise to allow you to feel motivated by moving whatever is blocking your way.  Use an negative and a positive memory to counteract each other
